Quality Control

A Quality System That Covers the Whole Flow

Quality verification data feeds directly into our management system. Third-party inspectors are welcome at any stage.

Material Inspection

On-site material inspection is part of our standard procedure — steel and resin batches are verified against material certification before entering production.

In-Process Control

Inspection checkpoints run through metalworking, robot spraying and assembly. Coating adhesion, vacuum retention and color match are measured against the golden sample, with photo reports sent at key stages.

Laboratory Verification

Our testing laboratory verifies thermal performance, food-contact compliance and durability, and the test data is recorded into the quality system and available to your compliance team.
