Payment & Terms

Clear Payment Terms, Protected on Both Sides

Every FUCHARM order runs on a written contract, a fixed deposit ratio and named receiving account. No verbal variation, no third-party collection — so your finance team can approve the PO without chasing us.

Order to Payment

How an Order Is Placed and Settled

A fixed seven-step sequence. Each step produces a document you can put into your own purchase file.

1Inquiry → 2Quotation → 3Sample approval → 4PI / Contract → 5Deposit received → 6Production → 7Balance & shipment

Step 2 Quotation

Issued against your target quantity, finish, packaging and destination port.

  • Quotation validity 30 days from issue date
  • Currency: USD by default; EUR available on request
  • Incoterm quoted as standard: FOB Ningbo / Shanghai
  • CIF, CFR, EXW and DDP quoted on request

Step 4 Proforma Invoice

The PI is the binding commercial document — signed back by both parties it becomes the order contract.

  • Carries unit price, quantity, specification, lead time and shipping port
  • States the exact deposit ratio and balance trigger
  • Names the company receiving account only — never a personal account
  • Sealed and signed by FUCHARM; we countersign your PO on request

Anti-fraud notice: FUCHARM collects payment only through the corporate account named on the signed PI. If anyone asks you to remit to a different or personal account, stop and contact chr@fucharm.com or +86 579 8262 0918 for verification before you transfer.

Payment FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Us Most

Can we use our own payment terms instead of 30/70?

For established accounts we regularly work on balance-against-B/L-copy. New customers begin on the standard 30/70 terms, and terms are reviewed upward after two completed and clean orders. Large programmes with staged releases are normally settled by irrevocable L/C at sight.

Is a deposit necessary before you start production?

Yes. The deposit secures the raw material for your specific specification — 304 stainless steel coil, coating and custom packaging are all purchased to order. Production is booked into the line only once the deposit has landed and been confirmed by our finance department.

How does Trade Assurance work for our order?

Place the order through our Alibaba.com storefront and the payment, delivery date and agreed product quality are recorded on the platform. If we fail to meet the agreed terms, the platform's dispute process applies. You get platform-mediated protection plus direct factory pricing.

Do you offer a payment discount for early settlement?

Yes, on qualifying orders. Full payment at PI signing is eligible for a discount against the quoted unit price. The rate depends on order value and the current raw-material position, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than published here.

What happens if the shipment is delayed beyond the agreed date?

The lead time on the PI is a contractual commitment. If the delay is attributable to us, we notify you at the earliest point the risk appears — not after the date has passed. Our liability position and the remedies available to you are set out in the purchase contract.

Need the PI and payment details for your order?

Send us your specification, quantity and destination port. We'll return a quotation, then a proforma invoice with the exact terms.
